Team Aliens // 5 Drabbles
Title: Again
Team: Aliens
Challenge: bed
Character/Pairing: Clark, Chloe, Oliver
Rating: G
Warnings: none
She couldn't stop laughing. Clark's glare had absolutely no effect on her as Chloe Sullivan sat there laughing uncontrollably, vaguely wondering just what she'd had to amuse her before she'd discovered that her best friend was an alien. Granted, there was almost constant danger, but still, sometimes the things that happened to him were just *funny*. Chloe grinned as Oliver Queen entered the room, the man arching a brow at her.
"Clark broke his bed again!" she told him, and before Clark or Chloe could explain the floating and falling thing, Oliver shook his head.
"I don't even wanna know."
Title: Rescued
Team: Aliens
Challenge: bed
Character/Pairing: Kara, Chloe, Oliver
Rating: PG
Warnings: none
She was on a bed. The man in green and Chloe were there - Clark couldn't be near because of the Kryptonite in her system. The man had carried her out of the lab, and he'd carried her into the room and lay her on the bed. He and Chloe were talking, but Kara was too exhausted and hurt and still feeling too *sick* to listen. A hand on her arm, a needle sliding through skin weakened by Kryptonite, then came the voice of Clark's best friend.
"We'll get this fixed," Chloe promised.
Kara closed her eyes against the pain.
Title: Okay
Team: Aliens
Challenge: bed
Character/Pairing: Kara, Oliver
Rating: PG
Warnings: none
Author's Notes: continuation of Rescued
Kara lay quietly, whatever they injected doing its work because the pain wasn't so blinding anymore. She felt the bed shift as someone sat down on the edge of it, and she opened her eyes to find Clark's friend, the man that dressed in green, sitting there. His hand reached out, and she felt him move her hair back out of her face as he looked down at her, looking like he was trying to judge how she was doing. After a moment, he took her hand, squeezed it gently.
"You're gonna be okay," he told her.
Kara believed him.
Title: Safe
Team: Aliens
Challenge: bed
Character/Pairing: Chloe, Oliver
Rating: G
Warnings: none
She felt the bed dip beneath his weight, and then he was behind her, his arm coming out to wrap around her waist. He pulled her back towards him, her chest against his back, and she felt him press a kiss to her temple before he settled more deeply beneath the covers.
"Everything's okay, Chloe. You're safe now," he intoned, his voice soft but firm, and she closed her eyes, letting the comfort he brought wash over her. Oliver held the nightmares at bay, he made the monsters go away.
He was the only one that made her feel safe.

Team: Aliens
Challenge: bed
Character/Pairing: Chloe, Oliver
Rating: PG
Warnings: none
There weren't enough beds. Chloe, due to being the only girl as well as the (minor) injury she'd suffered, was guaranteed a bed. (Normally she was annoyed when they treated her differently because she was female, but in this case, she was okay with it.) The guys were drawing straws or whatever to figure out the rest of the sleeping situation in the cabin they were stuck in, and Oliver was grumbling about what he'd been stuck with when she looked over at him and smirked.
"If you play your cards right, I might be willing to share."
Oliver grinned.
