MODPOST: Pimping "suggestions" post /// new layout

Since we've pretty much have quite a few dry weeks during this summer, I was hoping that pimping out the PROMPT Suggestions entry, would help me add prompts that people will actually write for.

Please let me know what you think... if no one likes it, I'll try and switch to a different stylesheet. I know the banner in the corner sucks but its the best I can do for now... BUT if anyone wants to make one, either comment here or message me with it :) It has to be 294x124px to fit with the stylesheet.
