"Magic Chloilcious, magic." Bart grinned widely as he pointed at the exotic flowers in the vase. "Like me," he gave her a wink. The flowers weren't magic but she was. Bart adored her and couldn't understand why she was single. Again. Although the fact she was no longer with that Jimmy idiot made his grin wider, if that was possible. When she said nothing he zipped off again this time bringing her some coffee from a great coffee shop he knew she loved in NYC. This time he was rewarded with what he had been hoping for. Her magical smile.

Magic Fingers

 

Magic, his fingers were magic. The way they dug into her shoulders with just the right amount of pressure, enough to relieve tension but not to hurt. It was as if he knew that she was wound up, on the edge of collapse after 30 straight hours of work. Even though she hadn't been out in the field there had been no momentary quiet, no time to rest. The fact her reward on his return was this magic he performed made it all worthwhile. Even if she got nothing else, his gentle fingers working on her tired muscles was enough.
