The blouse was cut low, and if she leaned forward, he swore he could see a hint of the lace on her bra. Her pencil skirt fit perfectly, and the slit in the side exposed her thigh to a dangerously high point as she sat on the corner of the desk.

"Is there a problem?" she asked, all innocence, and Oliver Queen swallowed hard before looking up at her face.

"You are a tease," he declared bluntly, and Chloe Sullivan smirked slightly, leaning toward him, looking him in the eye.

"Is it really teasing... if I plan to follow through?"
